Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga
Practicing Hatha yoga, will allow you to develop strength, mindfulness and flexibility over time. There will be extra attention to detail, with verbal assists, helping you to find a little more ease and comfort in your practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Wednesday 7.30 - 8.30pm at Fortrose Town Hall
There are limited places, as I still adhere to safe space and distance between mats, plus I would ask face coverings are still used when moving about the hall.
The class is a Hatha class. You do not have to be a Yoga Warrior to join in - just someone who would like to learn more about connecting the breath with movement. All poses can be modified to suit both to make them easier and harder!
Booking is easy. All you need to do is email me by using the 'book here' button below or email email@example.com
I will then send you a booking form to complete which is short and simple. Bookings are by the block as I do not accept PAYG, payment is by BACS only and should be made at the point of booking. Bookings are non-refundable, but can be gifted. If for any reason you cannot attend in person, the class will livestream and this means you can join in real-time using ZOOM.
Please bring your own mat, equipment and blanket, as I finish every session with a relaxation or guided meditation depending on the preference of the group.
BONUS CLASS.... the Cromarty Class on a Thursday is an in person class from 7.30pm, however it also livestreams. So if you book either class in person, you are very welcome to hop onto ZOOM and for no extra cost, attend a second class from the comfort of your living room. The Zoom code stays the same each time.

CROMARTY CLASS 7.30 - 8.45pm
Change of venue to suit exhibitions at The Gallery. The space at The Old Brewery is slightly smaller, so livestream is available. If the weather is good, we will be outside for any of the alternative venue nights.
Paddleboard Yoga Class - Monday evenings 7.30 - 8.30pm
If COVID restrictions - local, national or due to Track and Trace - mean an 'in person' class cannot take place, then the class will be held on Zoom at the same time as scheduled. If you are self-isolating and are well enough but are unable to attend an actual class you have book, please contact me and I can ensure you have access to a hybrid class.
I will also continue to follow social distancing, hand hygiene, masks for moving about the room (not the mat) and also own equipment for the foreseeable future.

Outdoor & Beach Yoga
The Black Isle is home to a myriad of local walks, woods and shores. The Highlands is just beautiful and getting outdoors is important for our wellbeing. In the Scottish Highlands, we do have the added challenge of the weather, however there are the right clothes for everything and layers, woolly hats and leg warmers are definitely 'in' this season. (If they aren't we shall start a trend).
What do I need?
Clothes for the weather, (layers) and I'm going to rock out the furry snow boots or bare feet depending!
